Move data from Conversions to Production

You can delete the old database and move the conversions database using this form.
If this is an append please click here.

Have you:
  • Verified that the production database only has test records and can be deleted? Check MQJ, then contact the customer if there is any confusion.
  • Set the licensing info in your conversion database? Refer to this link for more information - Steps to provision a database.
  • Made a note of the database name on conversions and an admin login ID in the database to golive?
Please complete the following for the CONVERSION database:

* Do not include the @ConversionServerName.
* This database will be copied to prod and deleted from testing in 7 days.

Please complete the following for the PRODUCTION database:
(e.g. XYZOrganization@snaetapdb012)

Once you submit the go live below, the old production database will be backed up and dropped, then the conversions database will be copied over to production. If you have completed all the steps above correctly, click on the Go Live button below.
